ASE maintains solid connections with the Civil Aviation Authority and all other concerned entities to obtain Over-flying and Landing permits for all types of operations in the shortest time possible.

ASE Lost & Found qualified Team deals with passengers in case of baggage irregularities according to partner airlines procedures. ASE staff are fully trained to perform baggage tracing functions.

ASE provides security services to our partner airlines through a highly trained team, in compliance with the International Aviation Security requirements “IATA & ICAO“ as well as the national local regulations.

We arrange maintenance services upon request, with competitive prices, while complying with the most strict safety and quality standards for all types of aircrafts. 
Arranging for:  On call maintenance, All types and levels of maintenance including checks, replacement, repair and modification - Technical and planning services

ASE makes payments on behalf of partner airlines to concerned authorities and entities such as Civil Aviation Authority, Airports Company, Fuel suppliers and Caterers in accordance with the SGHA.

ASE staff are fully trained to provide airport ticketing services. ASE staff are trained across several ticketing systems.

ASE Facilities are trained according to the international standards in managing loading and offloading of the trip.

Off-load Operation (On Arrival)

ASE Aircraft Handling & Loading Supervisor ensures:

  • Buggies and wheelchairs shall be delivered to the passengers at the gate/ stair or immediately transferred to arrival belt, with no delay.
  • AVIH shall be immediately transferred.
  • Priority baggage shall be delivered to the baggage arrival belt/ claim area before standard baggage.
  • Transfer baggage in minimum time to ensure that the baggage is properly loaded in the connecting flight.
  • Crew baggage – if required - to facilitate it’s pick up due to possible crew change.
  • All A/C compartments are empty except for the compartments which load transit load and any EIC with the note (do not remove).

On-load Operation (On Departure)

ASE Aircraft Handling & Loading Supervisor shall adhere to the following:

Baggage shall be handled and segregated (transfer baggage and local Baggage shall be loaded separately). On-load shall only be started if a qualified Loadmaster owns Loading Instruction.

ASE Aircraft Handling & Loading Supervisor shall supervise the following:
